Cancellation Policy

Just a quick note about the dreaded (but necessary) cancellation policy…

Life happens—I completely understand! However, cancellations, treatment reductions, or rescheduling cannot be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations, treatment reductions, or no-shows really do impact me. My time has been reserved especially for you, and at short notice, it’s often difficult to fill the spot with someone else.

If you can’t make your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice—this allows me the opportunity to offer your time to another client.

Please remember, it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment time. While I do send reminders as a helpful nudge, they’re just a little extra—the appointment is still yours to remember and these don’t remove your responsibility.

While I strive to be understanding when unexpected situations arise, a 50% late cancellation fee may still apply for cancellations made within 24 hours. After a no-show, a non-refundable 50% booking fee prepayment will be required for all future appointments.
