I am a professional home beauty business 'by appointment only' and unfortunately cannot cater to walk-ins, and to allow me to be fully present with my clients my phone is on silent, so I ask you kindly to text or email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment.
As a small business, I am greatly impacted when a client cancels late, reduces their booked treatments, or just doesn’t show up, because their time slot can no longer be filled by someone else. If you’re unable to make an appointment, I ask you to kindly give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel/change or reschedule your booked time. Then at least I have the chance to fill the empty space.

For all online and in-clinic appointment bookings, I reserve the right to charge a no show/late cancellation/late changes fee of 50% of the booked treatment.
